In Section 4.29.3, “Groups”, added a missing attribute for the groups element.

In Section 4.30.6, “Script XML Representation”, removed documentation of the obsolete network_needed attribute (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1094822).

In Section 4.1, “General Options”, added a more comprehensive list of parameters that influence the installation workflow and split them into different categories. Also fixed a typo in Example 4.1, “General Options” (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1086175).

In Section 4.5.1, “Drive Configuration”, added CT_DMMULTIPATH option to type attribute (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1069992).

Improved consistency of Docker terminology throughout the documentation. This includes renaming a guide to Docker Open Source Engine Guide.

In Section 4.30.6, “Script XML Representation”, clarify where to use chrooted and network_needed (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1094822).

Added possible values for partition_id to Section 4.5.2, “Partition Configuration” (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1094640).

Updated Section 4.3.1, “Extensions”. Removed outdated list, improved the description, and added a reference for more information (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1007513).

The e-mail address for documentation feedback has changed to doc-team@suse.com.

The documentation for Docker Open Source Engine has been enhanced and renamed to Docker Guide.

Added the keyboard configuration to Section 4.8, “Country Settings”.

Fixed a syntax error in the example for ≶ask-list> (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=976360).

Tag <cwd_in_root_path> is no longer used (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=974906).

ifcfg should be used to set up the network for installation (rather than netsetup). Section C.3, “Advanced Network Setup” has been updated accordingly (Doc Comment #29688).

SMT Guide is now part of the documentation for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server.

Add-ons provided by SUSE have been renamed as modules and extensions. The manuals have been updated to reflect this change.

Numerous small fixes and additions to the documentation, based on technical feedback.

The registration service has been changed from Novell Customer Center to SUSE Customer Center.

Btrfs has become the default file system for the root partition (Fate #315901). Updated affected parts of the documentation.

syslog and syslog-ng have been replaced by rsyslog (Fate #316175). Updated affected parts of the documentation.

MariaDB is now shipped as the relational database instead of MySQL (Fate #313595). Updated affected parts of the documentation.

SUSE-related products are no longer available from http://download.novell.com but from http://download.suse.com. Adjusted links accordingly.

/var/run is mounted as tmpfs (Fate #303793). Updated affected parts of the documentation.
